If your team does not find the workshop useful, tell us within seven days. We will either run a follow-up half-day session at no charge or refund 50% of the fee. We have offered this since we started, and in 94 workshops delivered so far, three clients have taken us up on the follow-up session. None has asked for a refund. We mention this not to boast but because we think it says something about how the workshops land with real teams.
A few things worth knowing before you book.
Registered charities and community interest companies receive 15% off any package. Send us your registration number when you enquire and we will apply it to the quote. This discount cannot be combined with the multi-booking deal.
Book three or more workshops within a 12-month period and the third session onwards is discounted by 10%. This works well for organisations that want to roll out training across multiple departments or offices over the course of a year.
We invoice after the discovery call, once the date and format are confirmed. Payment is due within 14 days or before the workshop date, whichever comes first. We accept bank transfer and company credit card. For public-sector clients with longer payment cycles, we can accommodate 30-day terms by prior arrangement.
All prices shown on this page exclude VAT. VAT at the standard UK rate of 20% will be added to your invoice. If your organisation is VAT-registered, you can reclaim this in the usual way.
